The interactive preview does not require identification. Its response selection is temporary and resets when the page reloads.

Purchases and access

Sway processes the purchase email, product selection, verified payment references, access sessions, progress, saved items, and support requests to deliver the training. Stripe processes payment details; Sway does not receive complete card numbers.

Passwordless links

Access links are one-time and expire. Sway stores token hashes and secure session records rather than the link token itself.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Resend sends transactional access emails, and Netlify hosts the course backend and buyer database. The public storefront is hosted by ChatGPT Sites. These providers process information needed to operate and secure Sway. No advertising pixels or marketing subscription forms are included.

Necessary cookies and storage

The secure course service uses an HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to 30 days and a checkout cookie lasting up to two hours. These support login and payment status. Temporary browser session storage controls the introductory animation.

Delivery and access records

We record access-email send times, login times and lessons opened to operate the service and investigate delivery issues and payment disputes. An email-send record confirms provider acceptance, not inbox delivery or a guaranteed dispute outcome.

Contact support@swaysales.fyi to request access to or deletion of your information. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or unresolved disputes.
