Refund conditions

14-day refund window, conditioned on completing the first two sections and the baseline drills, and requesting via the completed scorecard.

Submit the completed scorecard through the documented refund workflow or contact support if the workflow is unavailable.

These conditions do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
